DAY 1
Immersion Day 1
Deep dive on your practice! Build your concierge architecture: offer, tiers, access, boundaries, and more.
DAY 2
Implementation Call 1
(3 Hours)
Pricing, capacity plan, and SOPs. We write, we decide, and you leave with everything we’ve covered thus far completed and ready to plug in to your practice!
DAY 3
Integration Day
You review templates, collect any missing data, and prep client lists. You can text me all day with questions!
DAY 4
Immersion Day 2
Client messaging, rollout plan, and risk reduction. We finalize your email sequence and talking points!
DAY 5:
Implementation Call 2
(3 Hours)
Tech set-up, contracts, intake, and renewals. We test and button it all up so you walk away with a completed Concierge practice!!
Then you enter the full Mastermind for 6 months with community support, mastermind calls, and daily texting support from me to keep this alive in the real world and make sure all your questions are answered and we can address things as they pop up as you bring the transition to your real-life practice!
